At Pexi, we ensure your pets travel in comfort and safety. Below is our straightforward pricing structure:​​

• Base Rate: $75 per ride (includes up to 5 miles from pickup location).

​

• Additional Mileage: $20 for every 10 miles beyond the initial 5-mile radius.

Distance is calculated from pickup location.

​

• Wait Time: $20 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

​

• Early Morning/Evening Surcharge: Add $15 for rides before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM.

​

• Round Trip (with same-day return): $10 discount on the total fare.

​

• Weekly Package: 10% discount if 3 or more rides are booked within a week.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

 

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge

• Cancellations within 12-24 hours: A 50% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.

• Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: A 100% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.
