Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge

Cancellations within 12-24 hours: A 50% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.

Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: A 100% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.
