We currently provide pet transportation in Palm Beach County. As we grow, we plan to expand our service areas to better serve you.

2. Will my pet be transported with other animals?
No - at Pexi, we only transport one family's pet(s) at a time. This ensures your pet receives our full attention and avoids any unnecessary stress or interaction with unfamiliar animals. It's all about safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
3. What types of pets do you transport?
We transport all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and more! We are experienced in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for them.
4. Can I travel with my pet during the ride?
While we offer a service where pets can travel independently, we do not currently allow owners to travel with their pets in the same vehicle. However, our drivers are trained to ensure your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the journey.
5. How do I book a ride for my pet?

6. What do I need to provide when booking a ride?
When booking a ride, please provide the following details on our:

7. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, if you have an urgent need, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
8. What is the cost of your pet transportation service?
You can visit our Pricing page for the cost of our pet transportation service. For a detailed quote, please contact us directly with the trip details, and we’ll provide you with an estimate.
9. How do I know my pet is safe during transportation?
We prioritize the safety and comfort of your pet. Our drivers are experienced and trained to handle all types of pets, ensuring a calm and secure ride. We use safe harnesses, crates, and vehicle accessories as needed to keep your pet safe during the journey. We also sanitize our vehicles after each trip.
10. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation charges. You can contact us via phone/text 561-721-5335, email (ridewithpexi@gmail.com), or social media to make changes.​
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge
- Cancellations within 12-24 hours: A 50% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.
- Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: A 100% charge of the scheduled trip cost will apply.
11. Do you offer regular transportation services or one-time bookings only?
We offer both one-time and recurring services! Whether you need regular trips to the vet, grooming, or other pet-related appointments, we can set up a recurring schedule that works for you.
12. What do I do if my pet has special needs?
If your pet has special needs, please let us know when booking your ride. We can accommodate pets with medical or mobility challenges and ensure they have a comfortable and safe journey.
